We recently held a fundraiser to raise money for Uptown Soccer, but being able to engage in hands-on work has been so impactful and has allowed me to see a whole new side of service. I am so grateful to have been given the opportunity to work with these kids and coaches, and can’t wait to continue helping out in any way I can.

In this blog post, I explain my journey hosting an equipment drive at my school, Avenues, and then being able to donate the equipment to Leveling the Playing Field. I was so grateful to see the amount of support we got and the number of people willing to donate.

In this blog post, I recap my experience creating a GoFundMe fundraiser to donate money to Uptown Soccer for them to purchase more equipment for their soccer teams. It was a great experience to meet the athletes, and I can’t wait to continue my partnership with Uptown Soccer!
